TERMS OF SERVICE
Welcome to Juz Eat Catering Sdn Bhd (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our catering services, website, and related platforms. By engaging our services, visiting our website, or interacting with us through any platform, you agree to these Terms.
Service Provided
We offer catering services for events such as weddings, corporate functions, private parties, and other occasions. Details of each service, including menu, pricing, and arrangements, will be agreed upon in writing prior to confirmation.
Payments

A non-refundable deposit of 50 % is required to secure your booking for buffet catering services.

Full payment is required to secure your booking for mini box catering services.

The remaining balance must be paid on the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, cheque, or other accepted methods stated in your invoice.
Use of Photos and Media
By engaging our services, you consent to us using photos or videos from your event for marketing purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.

Booking and Confirmation
Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement or written confirmation from us, along with any required deposit. Final guest count, menu selection, and event details must be confirmed no later than 7 days before the event.
Changes to Orders
We adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards. It is your responsibility to inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions in writing before the event. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens.
Privacy and Data Collection
Your personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Amendments to These Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the changes.
